Founder of Joel Goldberg Media
Joel Goldberg broke into the sports broadcasting scene by knocking on the doors of television stations, cold calling broadcast executives and sending out resume tapes in the 1990s.
His career was never handed to him. Rather, it was the product of building connections and dedication, mixed with years of hard work. Joel has worked in four markets during a 30 year career, covering two World Series Championship teams and thousands of baseball games—not to mention multiple Super Bowls, NHL playoffs and NCAA March Madness basketball games.

Founder Story 19 Consulting
Dan’s career began in the world of competitive tennis, coaching at five Paralympic Games and helping to develop the disabled tennis model in the U.S. This experience in elite sports provided invaluable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and tailored coaching—insights that now shape his approach to executive coaching and soft skills development. He believes in embracing failure as a catalyst for growth, understanding that each setback is an opportunity to learn and improve.
Today, Dan specializes in guiding technically-minded professionals—data scientists, IT specialists, engineers, doctors, and more—who may be new to or unfamiliar with the world of soft skills. His programs, like the “Personalizing Your Voice” and “Translating Your Brilliance” workshops, are designed specifically to help these professionals communicate their expertise effectively, bridging the gap between complex ideas and everyday understanding.
Dan’s mission is not just to impart knowledge but to help each individual find what resonates with them personally. He offers a structured, adaptive process that respects each participant’s unique perspective, empowering them to own their growth journey. He created Story 19 Consulting to help your team connect, communicate, and thrive in ways that last far beyond our sessions together.
